Lea skilfully integrates elements from different yoga traditions, such as classical hatha yoga, Tibetan yoga and modern vinyasa or yin yoga, to create an embodied feeling of peace, strength, calmness and joy. For a special occasion, expert guest teachers are also invited.

Retreat locations are typically remote and healing places, with warm and caring hosts, local vegan delights, beautiful nature and places for great outdoor practice. Lea´s Retreats are in Europe, mostly Croatia in the summer and Norway in the winter.
Retreats are limited to 15 people. Retreat does not require previous yoga knowledge (except for the Teacher Training Retreat). Pressure off :)
