“Retreat is a way to withdraw from ordinary daily life and tap into a deeper sphere of oneself – which is a creative and inspiring source of all knowledge and perception. Refreshed from within, daily life becomes inspired by deeper intuition, that like a compass navigates us towards living fully.” - Lea
Rejuvenate and integrate your senses through embodied yoga, local vegan delights, daily swimming and basking in the sun, great personal coaching and by living in a picturesque village at Iz island in magical Croatia. Iz Island is only a two-hour flight and one hour boat ride from any city in Europe, but at the same time, it is a place beyond time and space, in tune with healing, nature, and the rhythm of life as it once was. Enjoy slower pace, time for yourself, and time for the practice and contemplation that bring more health, balance and clarity to life.
