Flux

No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.

Heraclitus

Pain is resistance to inevitable change. Everything that is, is only as long as we perceive it.  The world, universe, cosmos is in constant state of flux, that is in everything that exists, including our body and mind. Yoga practice is about embracing the constant change  instead of feeling bonded and limited, one embraces transformations of life as liberating and expanding forces that enriches the character and shape body-mind dynamics.

Yoga Sutra of Patanjali

Union (yoga, spiritual consciousness) is gained through mastery of the versatile psychic nature.

Yoga Sutra

Undisturbed calmness of mind is attained by cultivating friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and indifference toward the wicked.

Yoga Sutra

Yoga sutras are study of human condition and practical guidance how to unlock the human but divine potential through systematic yoga cultivation and practices, especially meditation. It is truly a helpful guide to over win challenges, dualities and unease, acquiring necessary calm and ethics to unlock the power of yoga transformation.

Kashmir Shaivism

Kashmir Shaivism has penetrated to that depth of living thought where diverse currents of human wisdom unite in a luminous synthesis.

Rabindranath Tagore

More than being a school of thought, Kashmmir Shaivism is the way of life itself. It is tolerant and mystical path, where reality is perceived as a manifestation of divine consciousness, and not being separate from it  Cosmos is real for all practical purposes. Our life is real, in all its richness. Life is about remembering to divinize one self and one´s life, which means the recognition of our own identity with all-pervading consciousness.

Consciousness is the being

Shiva Sutra

Asana (pose, attitude) is the happiness of immersion in Shakti (divine energy)

Shiva Sutra

Your hand opens and closes and opens and closes. If it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralyzed. Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as bird wings.
