Divine Summer Yoga Island Retreat - Croatia 2023

GENERAL

This magical place has become a pilgrimage for yogis, and those avoiding tourist crowds and commercial offers. Featuring both a lovely indoor and outdoor shala, in a lush green environment, simple monk-like accommodation, varied local vegan, and vegetarian food, and the beach just a few steps away from your room.

Every morning, you will start with meditation, kriyas (cleansing), and yoga practice at the shala, followed by a nourishing breakfast. After a short break, teachers offer yoga coaching to reflect upon your life questions from a yogi perspective.

The afternoon presents the perfect time for a nap in the forest by the beach, sunbathing, swimming or exploring the local village... or you can just relax enjoying a massage, gong bath or fresh herbal tea. 

In the late afternoon there is a soft yin or restorative class to gently stretch and feel. 

A nutrient-rich dinner rounds up the day, with some relaxing evening conversations, songs, meditation, or relaxation. And of course... lovely staff and genuine teachers.

It is a spacious retreat place with lots of fresh air, and with all epidemiological measures taken at the hotel and at the village.
